Preparation Method:
E-Octen-1-ylboronic acid can be synthesized by the following methods:
-First, the Pd-catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction of 1-bromooctene and triphenylphosphine complex was carried out to obtain the corresponding oct-1-alkenyl triphenylphosphine borate.
-Subsequently, the borate ester can be converted into E-Octen-1-ylboronic acid through hydrogenation or acid hydrolysis.
-Finally, through crystallization, extraction or other purification methods, pure E-Octen-1-ylboronic acid can be obtained.
